Wire Rope Clamp

How to use the wire rope clamp?
Please follow the ways here:
1, The wire rope clamp should be clamped on the working section of the wire rope, and the U-shaped bolt should be buckled on the tail
2, When tightening the rope clips, it is necessary to consider the reasonable force of each rope clip, and the rope clip furthest from the collar must not be tightened separately first.
3, The rope clamp closest to the collar should be as close as possible to the collar

Note:
When selecting the chuck, the inner clearance of the U-ring should be 1~3mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope
When tightening the upper clamp, be sure to tighten the bolt until the rope is flattened by 1/3 to 1/4 diameter
The chucks should be aligned, and the U-shaped parts should be in contact with the rope head and should not be in contact with the main rope
