Terms of Service
These terms explain how difvan.com may be used, what our published product information means, and the basis on which Difvan Electric Co., Ltd. quotes, supplies, and ships cable management products to business customers worldwide.
Last updated: 7 August 2026 | Applies to: difvan.com and all quotations issued by Difvan Electric Co., Ltd.
1. Using This Website
By browsing difvan.com or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so on its behalf.
This is a business-to-business website. Product pages, size charts, and technical guides are published to help professional buyers, engineers, and distributors evaluate our range. You may view, download, and share this material for your own procurement or engineering purposes.
You may not copy our product photography, technical drawings, or written content for republication on another commercial website, nor use automated tools to scrape the site in a way that disrupts its operation.
2. Product Information and Specifications
We work hard to keep specifications accurate, but published figures are typical values from our production data, not a contractual guarantee for every batch. Tensile strengths, temperature ranges, IP ratings, and dimensional tolerances should always be confirmed against the datasheet issued with your specific quotation.
Product photographs are representative. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and we recommend requesting a physical sample where exact shade matters — for example on colour-coded or Pantone-matched orders.
Certifications such as UL, CE, RoHS, REACH, and ISO 9001 apply to the specific product series stated on the relevant certificate. If your project requires a particular approval, tell us before ordering and we will confirm in writing whether the item you are specifying carries it.
3. Quotations and Orders
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price. Any prices shown in guides or articles are indicative market ranges for planning purposes only.
A binding agreement is formed when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you confirm it. That document governs the commercial terms of your order — unit price, quantity, specification, packaging, Incoterms, lead time, and payment schedule — and takes precedence over anything published on this website.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Raw material costs, particularly for copper, brass, stainless steel, and nylon resin, move with the commodity market, so prices are re-confirmed for each order rather than held indefinitely.
4. Samples, Lead Times and Shipping
We provide samples so you can verify a product before committing to a bulk order. Sample quantities and any shipping arrangement are agreed case by case with our sales team.
Lead times quoted are estimates based on current production loading and are counted from the date we receive your confirmed order and agreed deposit. Custom tooling, non-standard colours, printed branding, and OEM packaging extend production time; we will state the expected schedule in your quotation.
Risk and title pass according to the Incoterm stated on your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, customs inspection, weather, or other events outside our control, though we will keep you informed and assist with documentation throughout.
5. Quality Claims and Returns
Please inspect goods on arrival. If a shipment is short, damaged, or does not match the agreed specification, notify us in writing with photographs and your order reference so we can investigate the batch against our production records.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected goods or issue a credit. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We cannot accept responsibility for indirect losses such as installation labour, downtime, or consequential project costs.
Products must be selected and installed correctly for the application. Failures caused by using a product outside its published temperature, tensile, chemical, or environmental limits — for example using standard nylon ties in continuous outdoor UV exposure — fall outside a defect claim. Where you are unsure which specification suits your conditions, ask us before ordering and we will advise.
6. Intellectual Property and OEM Work
The DIFVAN name, logo, website content, and product photography remain our property. Distributors and agents may use our marketing material to promote products they buy from us, but not to imply an exclusive or official partnership that has not been agreed in writing.
For private label and OEM production, artwork, brand names, and drawings you supply remain yours. We use them solely to produce your order and do not offer your branded design to other customers. You confirm that you hold the rights to any logo or artwork you send us.
7. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We aim to resolve any disagreement through direct discussion first, because a working commercial relationship matters more to us than a dispute.
We may update these terms as our products and services develop. The current version always appears on this page with its update date.
