Incoming Material Inspection
Raw materials are checked against specification before entering production.
- Copper and metal stock verified for conductivity and composition
- PA66 nylon resin verified for flame-retardant rating and consistency
- Materials sourced only from pre-qualified, approved suppliers
In-Process Inspection
Products are checked at set intervals during production, not only at the end of the line.
- Line inspectors check dimensional accuracy at defined intervals
- Key control points: wall thickness, plating consistency, crimp/lock strength
- Deviations flagged and corrected before the batch continues
Finished Product Testing
Completed products are tested against mechanical and safety benchmarks.

Final Inspection & Packing
Before goods leave the factory, a final check confirms the order is correct and ready to ship.
- AQL-based sampling inspection on every outgoing batch
- Packaging integrity check — moisture protection, labeling, carton count
- Order accuracy verified against the customer's purchase order
What goes in, before anything is molded or stamped
Copper Components
High-purity electrolytic copper, tin-plated for conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Nylon Components
PA66 nylon, UL 94V-2 flame-retardant rated, used across cable ties and insulated connectors.
Insulation Materials
PVC, nylon, and heat-shrink insulation, graded for the temperature and application range of each product line.
