High Voltage Heat Shrink
High voltage heat shrink allows shortening the distance between phase busbars and significantly reducing the dimensions of the device.
High voltage heat shrink tube can protect electrical busbars against chemical corrosion and protects equipment from short circuits in case of contact of electrical devices with animals and birds.

Heat shrink tube is a tool for electrical applications wherein you can be sure of its quality especially for long-term application.
High voltage heat shrink is one of the heat shrink tube, high voltage heat shrink tubing is used for insulation protection of confuence busbar row in 10KV – 35KV transformer substation, power distribution cabinets and other occasions.
Heat shrink Insulation tube , known as copper bar protection tube, is made by cross-linked environmental protection polyolefin PE heat shrinkable materials.
The flexible material and inner lubricious coating make it easy for the operate to process bent busbar.
Dual wall heat shrink with good resistance to bending and scratching, high insulation strength and resistance to electric carbon mark.

The started shrinkage temperature of heat shrink wrap tubing is 80 degrees, the full shrinkage temperature is 125 degrees
During heating, the heat sink sleeve shrinks to the original smaller extruded diameter, fitting tightly busbar because of its high shrink ratio is 2:1.
Using high voltage heat shrink tube to cover busbar can reduce the space design of the switchgear and lower cost.
