Difvan began as a wire terminal manufacturer in 1997. Every product line added since has followed the same production discipline established in that first factory.
Wire terminal production begins
Difvan Electric Co., Ltd. is founded in Yueqing, Zhejiang, manufacturing ring, spade, pin, and butt-connector wire terminals.
Cable lug line added
Copper, aluminum, and bimetallic cable lugs are added to support high-voltage and battery applications.
Cable tie manufacturing launches
PA66 nylon cable tie production begins and quickly becomes a core business segment.
Cable clip production starts

The company operates a 35,000 m² facility in Yueqing, Wenzhou — a manufacturing hub for China's electrical and fastening industry — with a 10,000 m² cable tie plant running 50+ injection molding machines across 20+ production lines. Peak output is 500 million cable ties per month.

Wire Terminals
Ring, spade, pin, blade, butt, and bullet terminals — insulated and non-insulated, in PVC, nylon, and heat-shrink variants.
Cable Ties
Virgin PA66 nylon ties from 18 to 250 lb, rated −40°C to +85°C — plus heavy-duty, UV-resistant, releasable, colored, and stainless steel ranges. Available in bulk.
Cable Lugs
Copper, aluminum, and bimetallic lugs for high-voltage transmission and battery connections.
Cable Glands
Nylon, brass, and stainless steel glands for strain relief, waterproofing, and explosion-proof entries.
Terminal Blocks
DIN rail, screw-type, spring clamp, and barrier terminal blocks for panel builders and OEMs.
Heat Shrink & Solar
Single-wall 2:1 and adhesive-lined 3:1 heat shrink tubing in polyolefin, PVC, and FEP, plus MC4-type solar connectors for PV installations.

Difvan operates under all three ISO management systems — ISO 9001:2015 quality (certificate 29024Q12400-07R0S), ISO 14001:2015 environmental (29024E11742-07R0S) and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health & safety (29024S11684-07R0S) — all issued to Wenzhou Difvan Electric Co., Ltd by ZhongTai Union Certification under CNAS accreditation C211-M.
Certification is not blanket across every line, so here is exactly what applies where. Nylon cable ties are UL Recognized Components under file E225194 (UL 62275, Edition 2) and hold TÜV Rheinland certificate R50557065. Cable glands are CE-declared on BST Testing certificate BSTXD190913336509EC (EMC 2014/30/EU); terminal blocks on ISET certificate IT1724SC30071817 (LVD 2014/35/EU and EMC 2014/30/EU). RoHS is evidenced by SGS laboratory testing rather than self-declaration, and REACH declarations are issued per shipment.
